An incredible opportunity has risen for an experienced Sales Manager to join this multi branch independent Estate Agency. You will be working with a fast paced agency They are looking for an experienced Sales person looking to make the step up . To be considered for this Sales Manager vacancy you must be able to show above target performance, winning instructions and gaining market share.
They are seeking a strong Sales Manager who has experience and a proven track record in new business.
In this role as Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and conducting market appraisals
- Winning instructions
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Managing a team
- Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
- Close deals
