An incredible opportunity has risen for an experienced Sales Manager to join this multi branch independent Estate Agency. You will be working with high value properties. They are looking for an experienced Sales person looking to make the step up . To be considered for this Sales Manager vacancy you must be able to show above target performance, winning instructions and gaining market share.

They are seeking a strong Sales Manager who has experience and a proven track record in new business.

In this role as Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include:

• Generating and conducting market appraisals
• Winning instructions
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Managing a team
• Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
• Close deals
