Up to £20-25k Basic plus car allowance 

£40k OTE

We are currently working with an established agent currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in their Kensington office. This will be working for a successful independent estate agency. Exciting opportunity for great career progression for the right individual.

The ideal Sales Negotiator will:

• have 1 years estate agency experience
• be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
• Being able to conduct market appraisals would be a bonus
• show strong communication and interpersonal skills
• have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
• display high standards of service and presentation
• possess strong local knowledge
• have a full UK driving licence
• Car allowance or company car
