Property Manager – Immediate Start

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to come on board, who has industry experience working within Property Management.

As the Property Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing 100+ properties.
• Dealing with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors.
• Arranging annual gas safety certificates.
• Dealing with services and general maintenance enquiries.
• Carrying out property inspections.
• Renewals of tenancy agreements.
• Invoicing
• General day to day management

The package and working hours for this role are:

• Up to £35k Basic
• Long term career progression.

Must drive and have own car.
Experience as a Property Manager is needed.
