Headhunting is one of the hardest things to make time for and get a handle on. But good people mean good business. So pick up the phone, drop us a line or pop into the office to tell us about your business and your opportunities. Our experts are ready to connect you to the right candidates.
Meet up
Next, we’ll schedule a meeting at your office to get under the skin of your business, meet you in person and explain how we work. With an understanding of your culture and needs, we’ll be primed to put you in touch with perfect candidates.
Interview time
With both parties in agreement, we’ll profile suitable candidates for your opportunities, pre-interviewing every single person to save you time and energy. A carefully-curated list of CVs will then be sent for you to review. Following your selection, we’ll set up interviews with shortlisted candidates, confirming everything via email, then again 24 hours beforehand.
Then, feedback!
Post-interview, both clients and candidates will receive honest feedback via People First Personnel, ensuring no time is wasted on either side. It’s an efficient and honest way of recruiting and interviewing.
Next steps
Finally, we’ll facilitate next steps as smoothly and proactively as possible, whether it’s presenting candidates an offer on your behalf, or letting candidates know it wasn’t quite the right fit. It’s all about ensuring seamless, successful hires.
