Right, listen up. I have been working in estate agency for many years and have worked with lots of ‘recruiters’. Most are bland and tick boxes sending out CV’s aimlessly without truly getting to know the individual and either their clients needs or the employees needs. WELL LOOK NO FURTHER. SCOTT has been a legend! I am a picky employee and employer. Scott worked tirelessly seeking the right opportunities (yes plural) for me. Some came close but no ticket. He persisted when many would have walked away. He approaches everything personably and with a sense of humour. Scott contacted me within hours of my CV being uploaded. After discussing my requirements within a couple of days he had an interview lined up with a company that met my requirements. Negotiations broke down momentarily during the job offer/ final package, however Scott remained consistent and effective, rather than pushing , he simply stated we would explore other options. Luckily the original company returned a few days later and agreed the final package. Scott single handedly oversaw all interview stages and package negotiations.
